Pete Van Amburgh

Pete Van Amburgh is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of PHP Capital Partners. Pete began his career at CBRE as a member of the Institutional Investment Sales Team. While at CBRE, Pete was responsible for the underwriting of approximately $15 Billion in industrial and office transactions. Prior to founding PHP, Pete was Vice President of Development with KDC, a national real estate development company, where he sourced new office and industrial developments across the country. 

Pete graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.B.A. degree in Finance. Pete lives in Fort Worth with his wife Molly and their two boys. When not thinking about dock doors and truck courts, Pete enjoys generally being outdoors with his family whether on the golf course or bird hunting in West Texas.
